DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 OUR SHIPPING PRACTICES HAVE TEMPORARILY CHANGED. WE CURRENTLY HAVE TWO SCHEDULED SHIPPING DAYS PER WEEK (MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY). ORDERS PLACED BY 2:00 PM EST ON ANY SCHEDULED SHIPPING DAY WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:00 PM EST WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT SCHEDULED BUSINESS DAY.

 

FOR EXAMPLE : IF YOU SUBMITTED YOUR ORDER ON A MONDAY AT 1:55PM EST, YOUR ORDER WILL BW SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. 

IF YOU SUBMITTED YOUR ORDER ON A WEDNESDAY AT 3:30PM EST, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIPPING THE UPCOMING MONDAY.

 

ALL ORDERS ARE TYPICALLY SHIPPED BY 7:00PM EST ON EACH SHIPPING DAY. 

 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION THE  EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF YOUR ORDER. 

 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AND THIS ISSUE IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE ASK THAT YOU EXERCISE PATIENCE DURING THIS UNPRECEDENTED TIME.

- You must be 21 or older to purchase and accept delivery.

- We cannot ship internationally. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

- There is an additional charge to re-route orders already in transit.

- Some items are removed from their original packaging and placed in protective shipping containers to ensure safe delivery.

We encourage you to double check ALL addresses;correct spelling of street names,city,state and ZIP Code. PowerPuff Edibles WILL NOT be responsible for any incorrect shipping information whatsoever.

Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) after order has been placed and received. Tracking information will be sent via the email address provided at the time of your order within 24 hours of shipment.

Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Credit

If we notice a double orders we MAY consolidate your orders to assure same day delivery. We WILL NOT automatically issue a shipping credit for the additional order however you may request a shipping credit by email.

You may be issued a shipping credit if you've placed two or more separate orders that are scheduled to be shipped on the SAME shipping day, to the SAME shipping address. To receive this credit you MUST first:

• Contact us within 1 Hour of your most recent order 

• Contact us prior to official shipment requesting that your packages are consolidated and requesting a shipping credit for your additional order(s)

This credit is contingent upon approval and influenced by many factors.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF STATE LAW

You expressly acknowledge that the Company’s Services are for residents with laws regulating medical or the recreational use of cannabis only and that medical cannabis collectives and patients are established pursuant to their respective State’s laws.  

 

Eligibility

Services are intended solely and only available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, who can willingly and knowingly enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Please note that services require you to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to place an order. Services are not available to minors or suspended members or users. Further, your account and user ID for any delivery may not be transferred or sold to another party. 

 

When you make your first online order, PowerPuff Edibles may call you to verify your age, account information, and delivery details before fulfilling your first  delivery. This may delay when your first delivery arrives. Once you are a verified customer, our team will automatically fulfill all subsequent orders. You must also be present to receive your delivery and show an ID to reverify your age.

By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you consent to receiving certain communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you in a variety of ways, including, without limitation, by e-mail, text, in-app push notices, or by posting notices and messages on the Sites or through any of the Services. By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you willingly and knowingly agree that all contracts, notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

 

Packaging

PowerPuff Edibles discretely package each delivery. We take measures to eliminate or minimize any odor that may be emitted by your products, and do not brand our exterior packaging. We also carefully package every order so that your products arrive in great condition.

Weather Conditions

​

We are not liable for damages to orders due to weather conditions during shipping. Potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months may damage items during shipping.Weather is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for damaged products due to weather.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit ONLY. 

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 3 days of receiving your order at ppuffedibles@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item/s, upon receipt of the wrong/damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost/Stolen Packages

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, hence, any shipping issues must be handled by USPS 1800-275-8777

Tracking Information

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at the time of your order within 24 hours of your package being shipped. Please note: We are not responsible for any scanning done by USPS. Once your order have left our local post office for any questions or concerns please contact USPS at 1(800-275-8777)

Buying and Shipping medicated Edibles

When purchasing medicated edibles the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance in regards to the purchase and legal age of consumption, The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of cannabis infused goods. Buyer has knowledge of the current marijuana laws as it pertains to their state/shipping address.

Holidays

PowerPuff Edibles is closed on January 1st, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 24-26th. Deliveries that might normally take place on those days will be delayed to the following business day. Orders placed on these holidays may also be delayed by one business day in their arrival.

We want our PuffMasters to be happy, satisfied, and vape ready. And if you know us, you’ll know that we’ll do just about everything in our power to make sure of that.

But at the end of the day, we’re limited by the policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. And unless we want to go out of business, our own policies have to reflect these limitations.
