- We cannot ship internationally. Once your order has been shipped, Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

- There is an additional charge to attempt re-route orders already in transit due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information.

- Some items are removed from their original packaging and placed in protective shipping containers to ensure safe delivery.

Packages are shipped within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise stated) after your order has been placed. Tracking information will be sent via the email address provided at the time of your order within 24 hours of shipment.

Orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise stated.

Duplicate order shipping credit:

 

If we detect duplicate orders, we may consolidate them to ensure same-day delivery. Please note that we do not automatically issue shipping credits for additional orders. However, you can request a shipping credit by sending us an email. Thank you for your understanding!

You may be eligible for a shipping credit if you've placed two or more separate orders scheduled to ship on the same day to the same address. To receive this credit, please contact us within one hour of your most recent order. Be sure to request package consolidation and a shipping credit for your additional orders before they are officially shipped.​

PPE WHOLESALE

PowerPuff Wholesale products has a minimum order quantity of 50 and a maximum order quantity of 200. The maximum may vary based on the product.​

Kindly remember that Loyalty Rewards/Canna-Cash/Puff Perks cannot be redeemed for any PPE Wholesale items. 

 

Turn-around time for PPE Wholesale products is 7-10 business days.

Please note that services require you to be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to place an order. Services are not available to minors or suspended members or users. Further, your account and user ID for any delivery may not be transferred or sold to another party. 

 

When you make your first online order, PowerPuff Edibles may call you to verify your age, account information, and delivery details before fulfilling your first  delivery. This may delay when your first delivery arrives. Once you are a verified customer, our team will automatically fulfill all subsequent orders. You must also be present to receive your delivery and show an ID to reverify your age.

Weather Conditions

We are not liable for damages to orders due to weather conditions during shipping. Potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months may damage items during shipping.Weather is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for damaged products due to weather.

Return Policy

 

Please note that all sales are final. However, if you receive any items damaged in transit, we gladly accept returns or exchanges. Your satisfaction is important to us, so don't hesitate to reach out for assistance with any damaged items within 24 Hours of receiving your order .

Refunds and Exchanges
 

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at ppuffedibles@gmail.com to report any damage. You will need to return the damaged/wrong item to us. If you receive the wrong item, we will send out a replacement, if available. If a replacement isn't an option, we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once your package is in the hands of USPS, ownership is transferred to the buyer. We cannot take responsibility for lost, held, or damaged packages. Any mis-delivery errors made by the courier, or issues stemming from incorrect shipping information, are also not our responsibility. As shipping is a service provided by USPS purchased alongside your order, any shipping-related concerns should be addressed directly with them.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of your order within 24 hours of your package being shipped. Please note that we cannot be held responsible any scanning issues that may occur with USPS. Buying and Shipping medicated Edibles

When purchasing medicated edibles the buyer acknowledges that he/she is acting within compliance in regards to the purchase and legal age of consumption, The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is legally entitled to take possession of cannabis infused goods. Buyer has knowledge of the current marijuana laws as it pertains to their state/shipping address.

Holidays

PowerPuff Edibles is closed on January 1st, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and December 24-26th. Deliveries that might normally take place on those days will be delayed to the following business day. Orders placed on these holidays may also be delayed by one business day in their arrival.

Should you receive a faulty unit, please reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours and provide proof of purchase. Please that claims made after this timeframe cannot be accepted. To safeguard against potential fraudulent claims, customers will be asked to provide detailed information and evidence regarding the alleged fault. This will include:

• A full and verifiable description of the issue encountered.

While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and reliability of our disposable vape products, we cannot guarantee their performance beyond the initial use. Our Rechargeable Disposable vapes are intended for single-use only and may vary in lifespan depending on usage habits and environmental factors.​

Troubleshooting Disposable Vape Pens

• Check the battery: Make sure the battery is charged and not damaged. If the charger's LED doesn't light up, there might be an issue with the power source or USB port. 

• Check the fire button: Make sure the button is clean and not stuck. Also, check that you're using the correct button press sequence. 

• Check the connection: Make sure the connection between the tank and battery is clean and secure. 

• Clean the coil: Residue can prevent the coil from heating properly. You can try cleaning it with a tissue. 

• Check for leaks: Make sure your vape isn't leaking. 

• Check the airflow: If your vape has adjustable airflow, try opening it. 

• Check the alignment: If you can't draw air through the vape, the parts might be misaligned.  

• Return the vape: If all else fails, you can return the vape to the retailer.
